Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and we accepts returns for defective and non-defective products in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
- Any item not in its original condition or missing original packaging
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the delivery date
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at returns@buygamejerseys.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with the return address and return authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective, damaged, or non-defective items (including wrong size or change of mind). Email returns@buygamejerseys.com to begin the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
